Use of amateur equipment without a license or use of equipment on restricted frequencies could subject the operator to significant fines by local authorities. Operators are advised to be informed about obtaining an amateur license. Farins Frames Ltd. will not be liable and will not take any legal responsibility for equipment operated beyond legal and technical limits.
