We virtually can ship to any address in the World. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When The Costumer place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you according to the availability of items in your cart and the chosen shipping option.

Shipping of regularly available products generally occurs within 24/48 hrs after confirmation of payment and we do our best to keep The Costumer up to date on the order status providing the Tracking ID soon after the parcel pick up. Please note that estimated shipping and delivery date we provide are anyway not binding.

Please,  keep in mind that inventory mistakes may be possible: if a product that results as available would be actually out-of-stock, we will offer:

- an alternate product with same features or same price

or

- the shipping of available items and a refund for the missing item/s

or

- the shipping of the entire order to be delayed until the product/s is back in stock

Tracking information limitation of liability

Tracking numbers are provided to Farins Frames Ltd. by express couriers (SDA or UPS) at the moment of shipment order and provided to the costumer as they are. The costumer is responsible for checking the parcel tracking on the express courier's website. In case of issues the costumer can ask Farins Frames Ltd. to verify the provided tracking number. Once assured that the tracking number is correct, Farins Frames Ltd. is not responsible for non-matching or missing updates of tracking informations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The shipping weight is NOT the physical weight of the item as out of the box and reported on the product specs.

RETURNS - Please read carefully throughout the whole following before to start a Return Procedure

 

  • Warranty Returns

With exception for BNF products, every item for sale on this site is covered by manufacturer limited warranty. We don't provide any further warranty. To avail of the warranty, the buyer must keep the order receipt/invoice/paypal receipt or order confirmation email and all the product's packaging. 

Any defect or damage covered by the warranty must be reported within 5 days starting from final delivery of the good itself. To get over this term will void the warranty.

The Costumer will be entitled to the retrieval of defective item only and only after defective item return. There will be no refund for any further damage.
Technical assistance and repair will be performed by manufacturers, as per item's documentation.

Farins Frames Ltd. won't give any warranty upon items compatibility with other products or equipment used by the costumer and won't give any warranty upon item capability to the use as intended by the costumers.

With exception for malice or severe fault by Farins Frames, is took for granted that if any liability of Farins Frames Ltd. toward the costumer would be ascertain, included to fail to comply with obligations took toward the Costumer as consequence of the execution of a command, the liability itself cannot overtake the price of purchased products, object of dispute.

For TBS products, it's mandatory to open a support TICKET on the TBS website directly. We won't manage any warranty upon TBS products unless TBS TICKET ID would be provided to us.

Farins Frames Ltd. has no obligation to provide support on programming, configurations, installation and/or firmware updating/upgrading.

Goods must be returned in their original box or bag, carefully wrapped in protective material and packed into and external carton box. If there would be damages because of poor packaging, any outgoing will be charged to the costumer. No "cash on delivery" return shipping will be accepted.

In case of returns due to our fault (e.g. wrong items), we will be charged of shipping only if the shipping itself has been previously agreed with our offices. This does not apply for "Costumer Right of Withdrawal".

Shippings are always charged to the Costumer for the return and to Farins Frames Ltd for the delivery of the replacement part.

Once received, we reserve the right to verify not just the item functionality but also its actual provenance from our warehouse.
Where our tests would prove the defect has been caused by misuse/lack of care by the costumer, it will be returned as is or replaced and shipped at expense of the costumer.

Limits of the warranty

Following damage will be NOT COVERED by the warranty:

  • Crashes recorded by the built-in FDR ("Black Box")
  • Short Circuit
  • Short Circuit caused by flux
  • Polarity inversion
  • Not authorized or 3rd parties firmware flashing
  • Misuse of Batteries and Battery Chargers

With exception for main power pads for costumer's obligation to item verification, absolutely no warranty can be applied for PDBs, ESCs (single or 4in1), Flight Controllers where pads has been soldered/pre-tinned.

 

  • Returns by "Costumer's Right of Withdrawal" & Refund Policy

Costumer may return most new, unopened items within 14 days starting from final delivery day for a full refund by "Costumer's Right of Withdrawal".

In this case, the shipping must be done by traceable courier and return shipping costs will be paid by the Costumer.

We will pay the return shipping costs in case the return is a result of our error only (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The Costumer should expect to receive his refund within four weeks after giving his package to the return shipper, however, in many cases the refund will be delivered more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process and verify the integrity of item/items of the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes Costumer's bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

  • Return and Refund policy for a BNF drone

As the BNF drone is largely a custom-made product, we can accept a Return and make a Refund for it only if it never flew before return shipping. This means the Costumer should take care to verifying electronic functionality by "no-prop" USB bench tests of BNF drone soon after delivery and to let us know about possible defect before to fly it.

 

  • Refund Policy for pre-ordered items or not yet shipped orders

Refund for pre-ordered items or not yet shipped orders is always possible.

If the return of an item or a refund for pre-ordered and/or not yet shipped orders are needed, please Contact Us specifying the order number and details about the product/s to be returned. We will respond within 24/48 hrs. with instructions.

 

RETURNS - HOW TO:

To start any return procedure: log into your account, go to your orders history and click on "return" in the menu and fill up all the required fields.
