Please mind that
- this is not a warranty repair service. For VTx Vista purchased from other shops to be repaired or replaced under warranty, it is necessary to contact the support service of the shop where your Caddx Vista has been purchased or directly to Caddx.
- normal processing times range from 7 to 12 business days starting from the confirmation of arrival of the product at our laboratory, except for delays of suppliers for any spare parts or accessories.
- if the Power Board or the USB Board was to be replaced, we will send a specific communication with a quote and link for the purchase of the piece before proceeding with the assembly.
Logistics:
- Unless you have selected "Dismounting from drone", please ship your Vista VTX only, with no accessories or any removable part as brackets, mounting screws, stand offs, cables
- List of faults: before closing your package, insert a printed page that includes the number of your order and a list of the faults to be repaired or of the issue that your Caddx Vista is suffering: in this way our technicians will get to work on your VTx in the most short time possible
- Shipping back to your address: the purchase of this service will be charged of the return shipping costs accordingly to the regular shipping rate for your country.
